Keep it under control

• Only bet money you can afford to lose. Never bet rent, bills or borrowed money.
• Set a bankroll and stick to it. Our stakes are shown in units (1u = 1% of your bankroll) so you never risk too much on one pick.
• Never chase losses. Losing streaks are normal. Doubling stakes to "win it back" is how people get hurt.
• Take breaks. Don't bet when you are angry, drunk, tired or stressed.
• Betting is not a way to make a living or solve money problems.

Warning signs

• You bet more than you planned, or more and more to feel the same excitement.
• You hide your betting from people close to you.
• You borrow money or sell things to bet.
• Betting affects your sleep, work, studies or relationships.
